Bridget Ferrigan and Derek Van Gieson, recent graduates
of the graphic design program at SUNY Purchase, created this month’s
cover, specifically for Chronogram, on a spooky, Halloween theme. Van
Gieson, an illustrator, and Ferrigan, a typographer, have been collaborating
on design projects since their undergraduate days, and have started their
own firm, Trestle Kitty Group, to pursue graphic design work. Examples
